Welcome, Ella!

4 y/o spayed female, Ella, had a rough start in life. GPRM rescued her from a Utah, shelter before she could be euthanized and she's been happily living with her foster family ever since. Ella had very little human contact (other than being kept in a yard and being fed) up until now. She's making leaps and bounds! Ella is a bit shy and cautious at first, but with a little time (and her owner's confidence), she has plenty of love (and fun!) to give. Ella is an 'alpha' and would prefer to be the only female in her home (she's fine with male dogs, although she doesn't play or interact a whole lot). Ella is fine with cats but will chase for fun.

Ella enjoys typical Pyr things - lounging, digging, talking (not so much barking, but rather Pyr talking!), and some good play - she likes to be chased! When Ella arrived to us, she had a severe ear infection (bad enough that it caused some damage to her eardrum). She has a bit of hearing loss but still gets by just fine. Ella is also prone to some skin allergies, so she needs an owner that will pay attention to her diet and food needs (her foster mom has these all documented).

Ella's perfect home would be one where her owners are around most of the time, as she likes to be with people. This fluffy lady loves her time outdoors and would love to be able to have access (doggie door!) out at any time. Better watch your favorite treats - she's sneaky and has been known to try and steal a goodie from the counter.

3. We will set up for a home visit. The 4 ft or higher fencing must be in place and be very secure for the adoption to proceed.

4. If everything has passed, we will then have you work with the foster parent of the dog(s) you are interested in adopting.

5. The adoption contract must be received along with the adoption fee for the dog before a transport will be arranged.
