Great Pyrenees Rescue Montana

Say hello to Chavez! This sweet young guy is 1 year and 8 months old, and a Great Pyrenees/Husky mix (primarily white with one black spot on his side). Chavez is neutered, housebroken, and will walk on a leash (but could use some training). He's very friendly with other dogs, kiddos (lives with several), and will readily chase cats!

Chavez was originally adopted from a shelter as a puppy, and his current family is rehoming him with the hope that a Pyr lover will adopt him and work with him on his shyness/ timidness. He spends all of his time outdoors and while he loves people, he tends to hide out under the deck when approached. He could use a home with more dog/people interaction and someone that's willing to help him come out of his shell.

3. We will set up for a home visit. The 4 ft or higher fencing must be in place and be very secure for the adoption to proceed.

4. If everything has passed, we will then have you work with the foster parent of the dog(s) you are interested in adopting.

5. The adoption contract must be received along with the adoption fee for the dog before a transport will be arranged.
