Meet Baxter!

He is the sweetest, most well behaved guy, but he does like to bark. Every time he goes outside he runs the yard perimeter multiple times (just like a Pyr should!) and barks to let the neighborhood know that he’s on guard.

Baxter is neutered, chipped and shots up to date. On Dec 31 he will be 9 mo old. He walks great on a Gentle Leader leash, on a regular leash he still tries to pull, but we’re working on it. He’s a real lover, likes to be with his people, and ADORES kids! He is very friendly to house guests. He really wants to chase cats, not sure how he would be with one in the household. He would love to chase the squirrels at the park too! Does not counter surf. Has not tried to escape the fence at all. Gets along very well with other dogs.

3. We will set up for a home visit. The 4 ft or higher fencing must be in place and be very secure for the adoption to proceed.

4. If everything has passed, we will then have you work with the foster parent of the dog(s) you are interested in adopting.

5. The adoption contract must be received along with the adoption fee for the dog before a transport will be arranged.
