Big Lou was found as a stray, roaming the streets of a small Montana town. Some good samaritans took him in and he was handed over to a local rescue. This gentle giant is incredibly sweet and loving and adores the company of humans.

Lou is currently being fostered in Montana; as always, GPRM is happy to assist with transport to his forever home.

Lou is guessed to be around 5 years of age. He's neutered and UTD on all of his shots. He gets along with other dogs, is fine with cats, and likes kiddos as well.

Lou's perfect home would have sturdy fencing to keep him home (we don't know if he's an escape artist, so 6 ft. preferred), plenty of room, a new family that understands the breed, and friendly animals. Lou doesn't like people or animals touching his food while he's eating (so he would need a family that's understanding of this trait). Because of this, we'd prefer a family with respectful, older kiddos.
