Meet Bear!

Bear is approx. 2 years old, neutered, UTD on shots, and living in Montana. This sweet boy's family was no longer able to keep him and he's looking for his Pyrfect home!

Bear has lived happily both indoors and outdoors (he was most recently sleeping in a barn); that said, he is housebroken and really likes people... so he'd be great for keeping an eye on livestock but also enjoying time with his family!

Bear is extremely friendly and likes adults, kiddos, dogs, and other critters. His new home will need to have secure fencing or a way to keep him around... as his friendliness means he likes to go for walkabouts and greet the neighbors! Bear is great about signaling/barking on intruders (and takes it upon himself to keep a close eye on his current mama).

Bear's back leg seemed to be bothering him and we learned that he needed TPLO surgery, which he had a little over two weeks ago.  He is healing great and within a few weeks he will be a new and happy boy.

2. We will check your vet reference.

3. We will set up for a home visit. The 4 ft or higher fencing must be in place and be very secure for the adoption to proceed.

4. If everything has passed, we will then have you work with the foster parent of the dog(s) you are interested in adopting.

5. The adoption contract must be received along with the adoption fee for the dog before a transport will be arranged.
