Meet Athena!

2 y/o Athena is spayed, up to date on shots, and looking for her Pyrfect home!

She has just been transported to Old Farm Kennel in hopes of finding a wonderful new home.  Athena is in need of a new home because she has shown some aggression towards the dog she lived with. Athena is protective of her resources - food, attention, and space, and is just 'too much Pyr' for the neighborhood. Her Pyrfect home would have her as the only dog (and would be okay with her Pyr traits - barking outdoors, protecting the home, etc.).

This girl adores her people and loves snuggling and belly rubs! She also does very well with kiddos (and did just reside with a little one)! She is crate trained and house broken as well. She would love to be with her people as much as possible (and outdoors, too!).  Right now Athena is a bit shy but once she knows you she will be a happy girl again.

Interested in adding her to your family? Please fill out our application! We will assist with transport.
