Great Pyrenees Rescue Montana

It is so hard for me to believe that Kassie is still available!!  This girl is so very sweet with people and truly wants to go home with someone - you will be able to meet her at Old Farm Kennel in Florence where kennel staff confirm that she is a people dog. 

Kassie is a bit cautious and protective of her people.   Kennel personnel think she is great and we continue to learn more about her day by day.  She is rather small bodied compared to our other dogs and possibly won't get much larger.   A bit more training/experience on leash protocol wouldn't hurt.  I did notice when transporting her that when she saw a dog or other animal that she would bark but she is not a barker at the kennel. 

Kassie does have a habit of attacking other dogs over food which as been worked with extensively but still persists.   Sometimes she will even go after a dog that comes near her, therefore we feel that she needs to be the only animal in an adoptive home.

Kassie would love to have you come by and meet her - and hopefully you have experience with the Great Pyrenees breed.  We are anxious for the right Pyrmanent home for her as is she.

2. We will check your vet reference.

3. We will set up for a home visit. The 4 ft or higher fencing must be in place and be very secure for the adoption to proceed.

4. If everything has passed, we will then have you work with the foster parent of the dog(s) you are interested in adopting.

5. The adoption contract must be received along with the adoption fee for the dog before a transport will be arranged.
