Meet Marsha! This sweet one-year-old Pyr girl is looking for a foster (and hopefully forever!) adoptive home! Marsha was taken in by her current Montana Pyrents at about 7 months of age after being in an abusive home. According to her current mama, s he is weary of everyone at first, even with an introduction. "When we met her up, she wouldn't let us even touch her. I finally just picked her up and put her in the car-- she was fine when we got her into the house, especially when she met our other dogs. She now has human friends (other than my husband and me) that she really likes, they've spent time with her. She will need to warm up to folks and its better if we are in a neutral place during the process and not at our home--she has become very protective." Marsha still needs work, but she is a great dog and a joyful soul who loves to celebrate when her humans come home after any short excursion. She dances on her hind legs and welcomes them back. Marsha is looking for a new home because the other dogs in her home aren't getting along with her (they get along 95% of the time, but the other 5% they battle over treats and toys). Marsha would do well in a home with another playful male dog. She is crate trained but really doesn't like it. Interested in giving this girl a home? Let us know!
