Kona is an Anatolian /Pyrenees (or Akbash) mix that is 11 months old, spayed and up to date on all vaccinations.  She is currently residing at Old Farm Kennel in Florence, MT and would love for you to stop by to meet her if you are nearby.

Kona is looking for just the right foster or adoptive home. Her former family took her in not realizing the breed traits they would be getting and she was just a bit too active for their 5 year old child (however she has relaxed quite a bit while at the kennel).  She spent the majority of her time with them being outdoors.  She enjoys other dogs, is very playful, and is a friendly girl.  According to the volunteer who recently took her on a long walk, she loves children and responded well to them and even to the loose dogs that came up during their walk.

She has responded quite well to the training she has had, but due to her age she will undoubtedly need more.

Transport can be arranged to most locations.
