Clover is incredibly cuddly and loves to be petted.  She loves playing with other dogs - as long as they are male.  She loved the male blue heeler in her former home and they constantly were out playing.  She would allow him to eat out of her bowl but wouldn't let people near her while she ate - a sometimes Pyr "thing".  

Owners got her from a shelter and since she was underweight they assumed she was loose and didn't get fed.   She was very protective of her "mom" and didn't like people coming near her.  They said that Clover didn't have any training - they would "try and try and she just ignores us to the point we thought she was deaf"... of course we think that is just the Pyr coming out in her.

Clover still needs to learn that jumping on people is bad, that hasn't sunk in yet.  She also doesn't care to be brushed or groomed. 

Overall Clover is a sweet dog that just didn't get the foundation training that she needed.  She will need an adopter with patience to finish her training and make her into the very special girl that we know she can be.

3. We will set up for a home visit. The 4 ft or higher fencing must be in place and be very secure for the adoption to proceed.

4. If everything has passed, we will then have you work with the foster parent of the dog(s) you are interested in adopting.

5. The adoption contract must be received along with the adoption fee for the dog before a transport will be arranged.
