July 2022, we learned that poor Chico is absolutely TERRIFIED of thunder - and fireworks.  He has scaled fences, even a 6' one (chain link) when the noise starts.  We believe he just wants to be with people and security, altho he doesn't want to let you touch him.  This boy needs a secure home - we really don't think he would bother fences other than during thunder or fireworks IF you would let him into your house or garage and/or be right with him.  (My own Pyr is the same way - except he doesn't challenge fences, he just wants to feel secure and not hear or see fireworks or thunder)

Chico is said to have been around horses, cats and chickens.  He has been neutered.  It is hard to tell in a kennel but he may have some food aggression with other dogs.  We know that he came from a background where he was locked in a yard situation with other dogs and kind of a guard dog.

Chico is a bit cautious in meeting new people - can't blame him, it sounds like he got little attention in the past.  Chico likes being outside and since he has been around some livestock he might make an LGD.

11/15/2021 Chico passed the kennel "Cat Scan" - this means that he was taken to the cat room at the kennel and was not interested in the cats.  Yay Chico...
