Great Pyrenees Rescue Montana

Sweet boy Baloo was brought to us by a caring neighbor who got permission to bring him - this is what she said about him:

He is incredibly sweet but can be timid and scared easily by loud noise or quick movements.

Barks outside at night, low deep bark. Loves people and loves to be brushed. Needs grooming but I will brush him for an hour and he just lays there. He doesn't lick but will put his nose to yours to wake you up.

Lays in the living room if my dogs are eating and waits until they are done to see if they left anything.  Drools and sheds a lot.  I don't know his weight, he is huge but very skinny and bony.

We will be evaluating Baloo more and more, but so far we find him good with all animals and once he is neutered and UTD he will make someone a wonderful companion.

11/15/2021 Baloo passed the kennel "Cat Scan" - this means that he was taken to the cat room at the kennel and was OK with them, in fact seems OK with all animals at OFK.  Yay Baloo.....

3. We will set up for a home visit. The 4 ft or higher fencing must be in place and be very secure for the adoption to proceed.

4. If everything has passed, we will then have you work with the foster parent of the dog(s) you are interested in adopting.

5. The adoption contract must be received along with the adoption fee for the dog before a transport will be arranged.
