Great Pyrenees Rescue Montana

This beautiful young boy has been with GPRM for several months now and really wants to find a pyrmanent home. Raja is almost a year and a half old now, is neutered and up to date on shots.

He is great on walks, loves the car!! Does wonderful with cats, ignores them. Other dogs are still an unknown at this point but he does enjoy barking at the dogs next door!  Raja is a bit of a barker so neighbors who can appreciate him as the neighborhood watch would be a good idea!

Raja loves toys and is good about not chewing anything else in the house when left alone.

He loves people food but so far has resisted the urge to counter surf. He's a bit underweight so is happy about getting extra food.  He knows sit, shake and down, and is really a big sweetheart.

Raja is not fond of men at first and needs time, at his own pace, to decide if they're ok.

He is good with older kiddos only, just because he needs time and space, does not like anyone surprising him or in his face.  We think this boy would flourish in a calm and quieter environment/

2. We will check your vet reference.

3. We will set up for a home visit. The 4 ft or higher fencing must be in place and be very secure for the adoption to proceed.

4. If everything has passed, we will then have you work with the foster parent of the dog(s) you are interested in adopting.

5. The adoption contract must be received along with the adoption fee for the dog before a transport will be arranged.
