Looking for the sweetest most gentle Pyr? Then you found him! Meet Ranger, a 5 year old floof who is all love!

Ranger found himself needing a new home when his owner was no longer capable of caring for him. He then sustained some injuries after he was attacked by another dog, Ranger did not fight back. This boy is a big sweetheart, will only go to a home where he will know love and kindness for the rest of his life.

Here's what Ranger's foster mom recently said about him....

Hi, I’m Ranger! I am a 5 year old Great Pyrenees, with a heart full of love, looking for a family to share it with. My foster mom says I’m one of the best boys she’s ever had. Although I do get excited and bounce around the yard occasionally, I am mostly a calm, relaxed guy. I’m extremely affectionate, and love to snuggle, with my people and doggy friends. Rare for my breed, I bark very little, only being vocal when I am ready for food, or need some belly rubs. Walks are one of my favorite things, I am a very large dog, but I am gentle and do not pull at all. I also enjoy being brushed very much, I’ve even been known to take a snooze while my foster mom brushes me. I’m very good with other dogs, large & small, and have enjoyed lots of time at the dog park. I’m also friendly to cats, and chickens. Other things about Ranger. Loves snacks Adores children Loves to play chase Wants all the snuggles & kisses Likes to sleep on the couch Enjoys bones Talks to you if you aren’t giving him attention Not a jumper Does well off leash in pack situation Good recall No resource guarding Does not care for- Car rides, unless it’s a short distance. We only go fun places to hopefully ease out of this fear.

Ranger is being fostered in MT.
