Luna comes to us from a family in Belgrade. She was on a ranch with 2 other female dogs, caged chickens, cats and kids. Their neighbor has threatened and requested they rehome her because she was doing her job protecting the property and wasn't super friendly to them. In hopes to keep the peace, they reached out to us. When the kennel staff and volunteer staff have interacted with her, she is nothing but sweet and welcoming. She has only known this one family her whole 5 years of life and has been an outside dog, sleeping the garage and interacting with the family while they are out on the property. Allows other dogs near their food, Allows people to take food away, Will allow people to take treats/bones away, Will share their food and treats/bones with other dogs She fine when left alone in the home and is not destructive. She comes when she is called. She sits when you tell her to. She protects the family. S
