Meet Rocky – A Big Ol' Sweetie!

Rocky is a lovable stray who found his way into our care after Apple Valley reached out to his owners, who unfortunately didn’t want him back. This gentle giant, believed to be around 3 years old, is ready for his forever home, and he’s already shown he has a heart of gold!

Rocky gets along wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and people. He’s friendly, calm, and has a laid-back demeanor. This sweet boy loves nothing more than curling up on a comfy bed after a long day – he definitely knows how to relax! ️

Although he’s up to date on his shots, Rocky still needs to be neutered. We’re not sure if he’s been around livestock or has experience as a guardian dog, but we do know that he’s a big, loving guy who’s just looking for a safe place to call home.

We’d love to get Rocky up to Montana as soon as possible, so if you’re looking for a gentle companion, he might just be your perfect match!

If you are interested in adopting this dog or any other dog please do the following:

1.  Click here to fill out an adoption application

2. We will check your vet reference.

3. We will set up for a home visit. The 4 ft or higher fencing must be in place and be very secure for the adoption to proceed.

4. If everything has passed, we will then have you work with the foster parent of the dog(s) you are interested in adopting.

5. The adoption contract must be received along with the adoption fee for the dog before a transport will be arranged.
