Meet Diesel, a 14-week-old puppy with a big personality who was sadly dumped in Utah and is now being fostered in Ronan, MT. Diesel is fast, energetic, and pushy, but at the core, he’s very sweet. He’s full of energy and curiosity, and he’ll need a gentle but firm hand with set boundaries to help him thrive.

Diesel loves anything he can put in his mouth! He has a tendency to tear up toys, paper, cardboard, and even puppy pads, so durable toys will be a must for him. He’s already managed to destroy toys that have been well-loved for years in just minutes, so toys that are sturdy—and preferably come with warranties—are highly recommended. The more durable, the better!

With his strong personality, Diesel will need a confident handler who can guide him as he grows into his big frame. He’s going to be HUGE, so it’s important to set boundaries early and stay consistent with training. Diesel loves bones, Buffalo horns, squeaky toys, and ropes for tug-of-war. His playful nature makes him a fun companion, but he’s also ready to test limits, so patience and consistency will be key.

Diesel is a loving and sweet pup, and with the right guidance, he’s going to grow into an amazing dog. If you’re ready for an energetic and strong-willed puppy who loves to play hard, Diesel might just be the one for you!

2. We will check your vet reference.

3. We will set up for a home visit. The 4 ft or higher fencing must be in place and be very secure for the adoption to proceed.

4. If everything has passed, we will then have you work with the foster parent of the dog(s) you are interested in adopting.

5. The adoption contract must be received along with the adoption fee for the dog before a transport will be arranged.
