3-3-06 'HI! My name is Jake and I have been in rescue since the beginning of the Summer, and would love to find a new home where I can be loved and petted and have a forever friend. I am currently in Whitefish and I have another pyr foster brother I love to play with. There are lots of cows, deer and other furry friends that are my neighbor, but they don't bother me much. I am a little special of a pyr, in that I tend not to talk as much as the other pyrs I have known. I was on a guest ranch the whole beginning of my life in Western Montana, and when my owner sold the ranch, I was really sad to come into foster. But I know now, that there is a special place for me that I will be happy and get lots of attention. Because I was so sad, I got a little grumpy when I wasn't getting all the attention, but I don't feel like that any more. I also got my two toes cut off in a trap at the ranch, and since it wasn't cleaned up well, I just had to have surgery to clean rocks and dirt out of my foot. Oh, it feels so much better and I am ready to go on long hikes and walks with my forever friend. Please consider me as a new addition to your loving family.'

FENCING MUST BE AT LEAST 5 FT. HIGH
**NOTE** The electric underground fencing is unacceptable for this breed.

If you are interested in adopting this dog or any other dog please do the following:

2. We will check your vet reference.

3. We will set up for a home visit. The 4 ft or higher fencing must be in place and be very secure for the adoption to proceed.

4. If everything has passed, we will then have you work with the foster parent of the dog(s) you are interested in adopting.

5. The adoption contract must be received along with the adoption fee for the dog before a transport will be arranged.
