Great Pyrenees Rescue Montana

Josie is 6 to 8 years old, and a Pyrenees mix... probably more mix than Pyr. Josie is one of the sweetest, gentlest girl you'll ever meet. She aks for so little, and is over-joyed when she receives love and snuggles. Josie is a submissive female, and has no aggression towards other animals. She gets along well with male and female dogs and ignores cats. Josie came to rescue almost shaved bald, and has to wear a coat when it's cold. Her hair will grow back, though. In a few months, she'll be beautiful gain! Josie will make a wonderful family pet. She will give you all the love her heart can hold, and in return, she'll just want a little affection and attention. Josie is not an athlete and therefore not suited to jogging or long hikes, but she loves walks. Josie is visiting Great Pyrenees Rescue from an organization named Billings Animal Rescue Kare (BARK), because we have more room for her to run and play. When little Josie came to BARK, she was severely overweight, but with a strict diet and moderate exercise, they managed to drastically reduce Josie's weight. Truth be told, Josie is still a bit pudgy, and we still watch what we feed her, but she is becoming more active every day. Josie needs and deserves to find a forever home with a caring person or family. Her adoption donation is $75.00.

2. We will check your vet reference.

3. We will set up for a home visit. The 5 ft or higher fencing must be in place and be very secure for the adoption to proceed.

4. If everything has passed, we will then have you work with the foster mom of the dog(s) you are interested in adopting.

5. The adoption contract must be received along with the adoption donation for the dog before a transport will be arranged.
