Tessa is approximately 4 years old, and a wonderful girl. She looks like a purebred Pyrenees, with exception of her tail- she curls it higher over her back than Pyrs do, which makes us wonder if she's mixed with Samoyed. It matters little, because she is a gorgeous dog! Tessa is very sweet and loving towards humans. She'll snuggle and give kisses all day long if you let her. When we come home at night, Tessa gets so excited, she does an adorable little spinning dance for us. Tessa can be bossy with other dogs, but backs down quickly if the other dog stands up to her. Tessa also wants to please her humans and listens quite well when you tell her to behave. Tessa has a lot to offer to a family. She is loyal, loving and energetic. Like all Great Pyrenees, Tessa loves to bark. Sadly, her previous owners had Tessa debarked, so all you hear is a hoarse, small sound when she gives voice. Fortunately, this does not seem to affect Tessa's joie de vivre at all. Please feel free to contact me for more information on this precious girl.

2. We will check your vet reference.

3. We will set up for a home visit. The 5 ft or higher fencing must be in place and be very secure for the adoption to proceed.

4. If everything has passed, we will then have you work with the foster mom of the dog(s) you are interested in adopting.

5. The adoption contract must be received along with the adoption donation for the dog before a transport will be arranged.
