Great Pyrenees Rescue Montana

Wow, I am two years old already. I can't tell you how happy I am and how I have changed once I have been surrendered by the family that had me. One member of the family was nice to me, and showed me what it meant to be cared for. But the other member of the family was very mean to me. Whenever he would come to me he would jump at me to scare me, and then when he thought I was digging a hole to cool off he would shoot a shotgun near me to make me stop. See, I was tied up to a tree for two years, and didn't have any shelter. I suppose I had enough food to keep me alive. You might think I am a little bitter about people, men, other animals...but I am not. Not a bit. I know there is love out there for me. I know that there is a family that will hug me, and give me treats, and pet me. I currently am staying with an amazing family with another pyr. I just went to the dog park yesterday and played with a couple dogs. I guess you could say I am still a little shy around a bunch of dogs, but I just keep to myself (they must think I am beautiful, that is what my foster mom and dad say.) I suppose I am a little scared of quick loud noises, but I think once a gun stops going off in my face for a while, I won't be so skittish around loud noises. Please give me a chance in your home. 5. The adoption contract must be received along with the adoption donation for the dog before a transport will be arranged.
