Meet Max – The Big Softie Looking for His Forever Home!
Currently in Florence, MT at Old Farm Kennels

Sweet Max has had quite the journey! Originally found as a stray in Arizona, he made his way to Idaho where he was loved by a young woman who, sadly, had to move in with her grandmother and could no longer keep him. Now, Max has landed safely in Montana and is ready to find his forever home.

About Max:

  • 2.5 years old

  • Neutered and up to date on vaccinations

  • Crate trained and walks beautifully on a leash

  • Great in the car – road trip ready!

  • Friendly with strangers and other dogs

  • No history of fence jumping

  • Cat compatibility unknown (but we’re happy to test!)

Max is a mellow, lovable guy with a gentle soul. He’s currently staying at Old Farm Kennels in Florence, MT, and would love to meet you! Come say hi and see if Max is your perfect match.

If you are interested in adopting this dog or any other dog please do the following:

1.  Click here to fill out an adoption application

2. We will check your vet reference.

3. We will set up for a home visit. The 4 ft or higher fencing must be in place and be very secure for the adoption to proceed.

4. If everything has passed, we will then have you work with the foster parent of the dog(s) you are interested in adopting.

5. The adoption contract must be received along with the adoption fee for the dog before a transport will be arranged.
